These terms apply to the MealNow app and getmealnow.com. Please read them before using the service. By using MealNow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
MealNow is operated by Road2Crypto LLC, referred to in these terms as “we”, “us” or “our”.
Using MealNow
MealNow helps you organize reminders and keep personal wellness records. Use it lawfully and in accordance with the permissions and requirements of your device and app store. You must meet the age and consent requirements that apply where you live.
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass purchase verification, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.
Health information and reminders
MealNow supports everyday routines. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. Goals, reminders and summaries are not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.
Notification delivery depends on device permissions, system settings and other factors outside our control. Do not rely on MealNow for emergency or critical medical alerts. You remain responsible for the plans, goals and information you enter.
Your content
You retain ownership of the information, photos, notes and recordings you add. You are responsible for having the rights to that content and for what you choose to share or send to support. We use information you send us as described in the Privacy Policy.
Keep backups of records that matter to you. Device loss, deletion, unavailable cloud services or loss of access to your Apple account can affect access to your records and backups. Deleting information from one location does not necessarily delete copies you previously backed up, shared or saved in Apple Health.
Subscriptions and purchases
MealNow offers free features and optional paid access. The App Store purchase screen shows the product, price, billing period and any applicable trial or introductory terms before you confirm a purchase. Available offers and eligibility can vary.
Apple processes payments through your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. If a free or discounted trial applies, the subscription continues at the price shown when you subscribe unless you cancel before it renews. For a trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want to renew.
You can manage or cancel a subscription through Apple. Deleting MealNow or turning off reminders does not cancel your subscription. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s refund process, subject to applicable consumer rights. One time purchases do not renew automatically.
App license
MealNow downloaded from the App Store is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. That agreement governs the app license. These service terms do not replace it or limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Intellectual property
The MealNow software, design, branding and original service content belong to their respective owners and licensors. Your purchase or use does not transfer ownership of those materials. Your own content remains yours.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and your available choices. Apple Health, iCloud, the App Store and other external services are also subject to their providers’ terms and privacy policies. Their availability may affect features that depend on them.
Availability and termination
We may update the service to improve it, address security issues or meet legal requirements. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or a breach of these terms, subject to applicable law and any rights attached to your purchase. You may stop using MealNow at any time.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error free operation, specific health outcomes, or compatibility with every future device or system.
Liability and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and our liability arising from these service terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, overrides the applicable app license, or removes mandatory consumer rights, guarantees or remedies.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. For a material change, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before it takes effect, unless a shorter period is needed for legal or security reasons. Any notice or consent required by applicable law will still apply.
